Everything you need to know before setting sail

Whether you’re looking for a relaxing day in hidden coves, a trip to Formentera, or an action-packed day at sea, it’s important to know all the details to make the most of your journey. Below, we provide answers to the most common questions so you can enjoy a smooth and worry-free sailing experience.

What is included in the boat rental?

The rental of our boats guarantees a complete and worry-free sailing experience. When booking, clients enjoy an exclusive service that includes the boat for an eight-hour day, with a professional crew on board to handle navigation and all the details of the trip. Additionally, passengers will receive a welcome package with snacks and drinks, as well as equipment for water activities like paddle surfing and snorkeling. Towels and amenities are also provided for added comfort. The boat insurance and mooring at the base port are included in the price, although fuel is charged separately based on the route taken.

What does the welcome package include?

To make the onboard experience even more enjoyable, we offer a welcome package with a selection of high-quality products. Passengers can indulge in a variety of appetizers, including fresh fruit, national cured meats, and cheeses, as well as snacks like nuts and olives. A selection of refreshing drinks is also available, including still and sparkling water, soft drinks, beer, and two bottles of cava. For those looking for a more relaxed moment, the boat also offers coffee on board.

Is it possible to rent the boat without a captain?

No, all of our boats include a captain and, in some cases, a deckhand. This ensures the highest level of safety during the sail and allows passengers to relax and enjoy the journey without worries. The crew is highly knowledgeable about the waters of Ibiza and Formentera, so they can recommend the best routes, hidden coves, and the most exclusive spots to anchor.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

Yes, customers are free to bring their own food and drinks if they wish. However, on all of our boats, we provide a welcome package with snacks and drinks, so we recommend checking the contents beforehand to avoid bringing similar products.

How many people can travel on the boat

The boat’s capacity varies depending on the chosen model, but most of our vessels accommodate between eight and twelve passengers, excluding the crew. It’s important to check the specific boat’s specifications before making a reservation, especially if you’re planning an event or group gathering.

Can I spend the night on the boat?

Some of our boats offer the option to spend the night on board, allowing passengers to experience something unique by sleeping either at sea or in port. The overnight capacity is lower than the daytime capacity, as it depends on the available cabins on each boat. In these cases, an additional fee applies for each person staying overnight on board.

Where do we depart from and where do we return?

All of our boats are based at Marina Ibiza, an exclusive marina located just a few minutes from the city center and the island’s main restaurants and entertainment venues. From there, clients can embark and disembark easily and quickly.

What routes can we take with the boat?

Clients can choose from several recommended routes or customize their own itinerary. The most popular routes include trips to iconic beaches such as Ses Salines, Cala Jondal, or even the island of Formentera. Depending on the chosen route, the sailing time and fuel consumption may vary. For those seeking a more exclusive experience, personalized trips can be organized with stops at less crowded coves or areas of special interest.

What happens if the weather doesn’t allow for sailing?

Safety is a priority, so in the case of adverse weather conditions, the outing may be rescheduled for another date. If it’s not possible to find another suitable day for sailing, a refund or a voucher valid for one year to enjoy the experience at a later time will be offered.

What is the cancellation policy?

For greater flexibility, we offer free cancellation up to seven days before the reserved date. If the cancellation is made after this period or if clients do not show up on the day of the reservation, the full amount will be charged without the possibility of a refund.

Does the rental price include fuel?

Fuel is not included in the rental price and is charged separately, based on the nautical miles traveled. Before setting sail, the crew can estimate the fuel consumption according to the chosen route, allowing clients to know the approximate cost of fuel.

Can I rent the boat for events or celebrations?

Our boats are perfect for special events, such as birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate gatherings, or any other private celebration. Depending on the type of event, we can customize the onboard experience with catering, special decorations, or even live music. We recommend contacting us in advance to coordinate all the details and ensure that the event is perfect.
